Ramdom ways TechTolerance has been defined when i ask someone to think about the word, giving them no additional context by which to draw from

1. Toerating the gadgets we have to deal with every  day

2. Tolerating being the "computer guy" in the house which means i have to try to fix everything

3. Older folks needing to adapt to new technology

4. The retirement of Fax machines

5. Realizing that when I purchase a computer the sales guy will know little or nothing about the product but will upsell me unil i puke.

6. The downside of a world wide web, where our identity and our information is out there and has been or will be compromised at some point.

7. Techtolerance" One's ability to put up with glitches before the phone and the wall become acquainted. i have a TT schore of 6.5

8. Waiting for lightning fast downloads and reboots patiently.

9. Realizing that the new  phone i just purchased will begin to work improperly in less than two years and knowing full well i will be forced to purchase a new one

This Computer had a decent Techtolerance rating, but sitting in a puddle of water overnight is asking a bit much.
