Our first customer signed a contract to have Brooks EPC upgrade their small business network in Huntington Beach , California in October 2002.  We were immediately aware of the void in the IT world that left small businesses an avenue to contract for professional service in a scale that is conducive with the needs and th budgetary constraints of small businesses.
